Trudy Gage
Director of North American Sales and Client Education
Trudy was born and raised near Lake Huron in Bad Axe, Michigan (the tip of the thumb on the Lower Peninsula) and still has her home there on a small horse farm. Trudy spent a large chunk of her professional life as an international flight attendant. She once participated in an ‘around the world’ trip flying our troops. The trip started in Detroit and went to Amsterdam, Diego Garcia (in the middle of the Indian Ocean where the crew stayed in base housing), Guam, and Seattle before finishing back in Detroit.
After retiring from the airline industry, Trudy followed her passion for animal health. Still, she spends the majority of her time traveling to work with veterinarians around the country and Canada. She has been with PulseVet since 2009 and was recently honored as Territory Manager of the Year for the second year in a row. Trudy began showing horses in the local 4H program in High School and has owned horses her entire life. She eventually showed horses at a national level, finishing third in the nation and top ten in the world twice.
She is a certified riding instructor, coaching amateur and youth riders to many trips to the winner’s circle, and hosted an informative and entertaining local radio show called “Horsing around with Trudy.” She has also earned several judge’s cards and enjoys judging horse shows around the country. This year she is preparing her yearling, a quarter horse gelding by Too Sleepy to Zip, for the lunge line classes and hopes to make their debut at one of the fall futurities. She enjoys spending time with her horses and her Jack Russell Terrier, Lily, and is also involved with local charities and fundraising for scholarships and animal rescue.

Liz Rigby
Director of Strategic Marketing
Liz was born and raised in Camden, Delaware, and started riding horses at age five. Sharing a house with four brothers, her parents sympathized with her, and she received her first horse, “Gem” for her 12th birthday. After high school, she decided to pursue a career in the equine industry which led her to Lexington, Kentucky. While attending the University of Kentucky, Liz was a four-year member for the UK Equestrian Team, a regional qualifier, and a senior team captain. She also enjoyed supporting (in an obsessive manner) the UK basketball team and attending the Keeneland races. When not participating in UK sporting events, she interned at the Maker’s Mark Secretariat Center located at the Kentucky Horse Park, re-schooling Off The Track Thoroughbreds. Liz’s experience also includes working in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative, where she excelled at offering exceptional customer service to her equine and canine clients. Her background and passion make her a great addition to the PulseVet sales team.

Dr. Roderick B. Richards
BSc, BVMS, MANZCVSc, MRCVS
Director of International Business & Clinical Research
Roderick (Rod) Richards was born in a British military hospital in Germany a long time ago. He moved all around the world with his military family. After stints at university and Lotus Cars, the urge to travel again took him to Australia, where he found his wife and horses. The horses and management of them led to his decision to study vet science. Eventually, he landed in the premier equine racing practice of its day in Belmont, Perth. But the travel bug wouldn’t go, and a job offer at the Singapore Turf Club seemed a great next step.
After a year or so in Singapore, Rod was confronted with a shock wave device, the EquiTron. He had some brilliant successes, including the complete resolution of a case of osteopenic sesamoiditis. HMT, the manufacturer of EquiTron, offered Rod a job when his Singapore contract ended. He moved to Switzerland for what his family had agreed together would be a three-year project, after which they planned to return to Australia. Twenty years later, they are all still in Switzerland with Rod, in the meantime having co-founded a company that designed and built the first truly portable digital x-ray system for equine vets. A large animal healthcare corporation later acquired the company. Rod stayed in several roles, culminating in Sales Manager Switzerland. Then back to shock waves, and now he is proud to be with PulseVet.

Dr. Jennifer Vitucci
DVM, CCRT
Small Animal Business Manager
Dr. Vitucci was born outside of Columbus, Ohio, but grew up on the west side of Cleveland. She was an avid animal lover her entire life and always dreamed of a career in the animal care field. She was a competitive swimmer and swam at John Carroll University, where she studied Biology and graduated magna cum laude. She then spent a year as a veterinary technician in Charleston, South Carolina, before starting veterinary school at The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!!!).
Having met her husband in veterinary school, she followed him to St. Louis after graduation. They spent 2 years in general practice and then purchased a small animal practice together. Her husband loves orthopedic surgery, so Jennifer became interested in veterinary rehabilitation and earned her certification as a canine rehabilitation therapist. In 2021, after 12 years of managing their practice, her husband accepted a position at a veterinary surgery center in the Florida panhandle region. They have now packed up their 3 chickens, 3 goats, 3 cats, a Bernese mountain dog, a cockatoo, and a bearded dragon, as well as their son Anthony, to move to sunny Florida. In her family’s spare time, they love to be outdoors, ride ATVs, swim, and travel.
Jennifer is extremely passionate about canine geriatric mobility and arthritis and loves to improve the quality of life (both the pets and their families) through improved mobility and pain management. She is excited to be part of the PulseVet team!

Ainhoa Garcia
Region Manager, Latin America
Ainhoa is originally from the Basque region of Spain, which is known for exceptional Rioja wines and outstanding cuisine. She studied international business and relocated to Munich in her twenties. After many years of experience working in the medical device industry, she joined PulseVet because of her love of animals (she is an equestrian and also has two yellow Labrador Retrievers). She is fluent in English, German, and Spanish and has a strong interest and knowledge of diverse cultures, which has helped PulseVet open many new markets.
Ainhoa has been with PulseVet for over 10 years and likes to spend her free time outdoors, especially in the Austrian Alps.

He began working in veterinary medicine here, allowing him to combine his training and background with his lifelong passion for animals. In 2009 he participated in the split of the veterinary division from Sanuwave to form PulseVet and has been the company’s CEO since 2013. Adrian enjoys playing guitar, fitness/outdoor activities, reading and spending time with his wife, Rhonda, four daughters, two (female) dogs, and (female) cat.

Nicola Garnett
Director of Custom Relations
Nicola was born in Oxford, England. Growing up, she was an avid animal lover and begged her parents for riding lessons. Finally, they caved in, and she had her first lesson when she was 6 years old, and she’s been a horse enthusiast ever since! As a teenager, she spent weekends at the local barn, where she taught younger students to ride and did barn chores in return for free rides. At age 17, she was given her horse, Mercury, by her riding instructor. Nicola went to college in Kent, England, where she studied an Equine Science degree, and she took her horse with her!
In 2012 Nicola and her family relocated to the USA and lived in Boston, Massachusetts, for two years. She was lucky enough to befriend equine enthusiasts and re-school an OTTB, Sheldon. In 2014, another move brought Nicola to Alpharetta, Georgia. After finishing her Marketing Intelligence consultant role for a company in England, Nicola joined Pulse Vet in April 2017. She is finally happy to work for a company whose product she is passionate about.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her husband Ben, two children Harry and Imogen, and her rescue dog, Sadie. Nicola and her family enjoy hiking, downhill skiing, swimming, and other outside activities.
